Welcome to Choice Seller Guide

Start your online business journey with Choice and reach thousands of customers across Bangladesh. Follow the steps below to create your seller account, complete verification, list your products, and start selling successfully.

Step 1: Create Your Seller Account

  1. Visit the registration page: Register Here
  2. Fill in your basic information:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Password
  3. Submit the form and verify your account via email or phone.
  4. Log in to your Seller Dashboard.

Step 2: Complete Your Business Profile

  1. Open the dashboard and go to Profile / Store Settings.
  2. Provide the required business details:
    • Business Type: Individual / Company
    • Store Name & Business Address
    • Contact Information
  3. Upload store logo & banner for professional branding.

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

To verify your business, please upload the following:

  • NID / Passport (front & back)
  • Trade License (for registered businesses)
  • Bank Account Information for payouts
  • Brand Authorization Letter (if selling branded products)

Make sure all documents are clear, valid, and accurate.

Step 4: Add Your Products

  1. Go to Products → Add New.
  2. Fill in complete product details:
    • Product Title, Category & SKU
    • Price & Stock Quantity
    • Short + Detailed Description
    • Shipping Details & Variations (if any)
  3. Upload high-quality product images (minimum 3 per product).

Pro Tip: Use clean background images to increase customer engagement and conversion.

Step 5: Review & Approval

  • Your profile and product details will be reviewed by the Choice team.
  • If additional information is required, you will be contacted.
  • Once approved, your products will go live on the marketplace.

Step 6: Start Selling

  • Accept customer orders directly from your dashboard.
  • All packing, shipping, and customer support are managed by Choice.
  • Track orders, returns, and customer messages in your dashboard.
  • Receive payouts based on the platform payment cycle.

Note: Commission for sellers is as per agreement:

  • Fashion: 60%
  • Skincare & Beauty: 55%
    (Choice manages all operations including marketing, logistics, and delivery.)

🔹 CHOICE Marketplace Seller Guide – Product Submission

Welcome to CHOICE Marketplace

স্বাগতম! এই guide-এর মাধ্যমে আপনি সহজেই আপনার product আমাদের platform-এ submit করতে পারবেন। এখানে product add করার জন্য আপনাকে কোনো technical knowledge লাগবে না, আমাদের team handle করবে upload, কিন্তু আপনার সঠিক তথ্য এবং ছবি প্রয়োজন।

1️⃣ Step 1: Seller Information

প্রথমেই আপনার basic seller info fill করতে হবে।

Form Section: Seller Info

Required Fields:

  • Seller Name: আপনার পুরো নাম
  • Shop Name: আপনার দোকানের নাম (যদি থাকে)
  • Phone Number: WhatsApp active number
  • Email (optional): contact এর জন্য

Tips:

  • সব তথ্য সঠিক দিন। ভুল info দিলে product approval delay হবে।
  • Phone number WhatsApp active থাকলে communication সহজ হবে।

2️⃣ Step 2: Product Submission

আপনার product submit করার জন্য আমরা একটি multi-section Google Form বানিয়েছি।

Section 2: Product 1

Required Fields:

  • Product Name: যেমন: Men’s T-Shirt
  • Price (BDT): বিক্রয় মূল্য (শুধুমাত্র সংখ্যা)
  • Size / Color: যেমন: M, L, XL / Red, Black
  • Stock Quantity: বর্তমান stock
  • Product Image: পরিষ্কার এবং ভালো quality ছবি upload করুন (white background হলে ভালো)

Important:

  • Product 1 অবশ্যই fill করতে হবে
  • Photo পরিষ্কার হতে হবে, blurry হলে reject হতে পারে

Section 3+: Product 2, 3, … 10

Optional Fields:

  • একই structure
  • চাইলে fill করুন, না চাইলে skip করে submit করতে পারবেন

Question at the end of each product section:

  • “আরও product add করতে চান?”
    • Yes → next product section
    • No → submit form

💡 এর মাধ্যমে আপনি একবারেই ১ বা ১০টি পর্যন্ত product submit করতে পারবেন

3️⃣ Step 3: Submit the Form

  • সব product fill করার পর “Submit” button চাপুন
  • Submit করার পর এই Confirmation Message দেখাবে:

“ধন্যবাদ! আপনার প্রোডাক্ট সফলভাবে সাবমিট হয়েছে। আমাদের টিম আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য যাচাই করে খুব শীঘ্রই আপনার প্রোডাক্ট লাইভ করবে। প্রয়োজনে আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবো।”

4️⃣ Tips for Professional Submission

  • Product Image: সবসময় high-quality, clear, uncluttered
  • Description: ঠিকঠাক product name + variation উল্লেখ করুন
  • Price & Stock: সঠিক লিখুন, পরে correct করা কঠিন হয়
  • Contact Info: Phone / WhatsApp active রাখুন

5️⃣ FAQ

Q1: আমি এক Gmail দিয়ে একাধিক product submit করতে পারবো?
A1: হ্যাঁ, Form settings-এ multiple responses allowed, তাই same Gmail দিয়ে অনেকবার submit করতে পারবেন

Q2: আমি শুধু ১টা product submit করতে চাই, কি হবে?
A2: Product 1 fill করে “More product?” question-এ No select করুন → Form submit হবে

Q3: Form কিভাবে mobile এ fill করবো?
A3: Form responsive, তাই smartphone বা tablet যেকোনো device এ fill করতে পারবেন

6️⃣ Final Reminder

  • Form link: Click
  • Product upload করতে আপনাকে কিছু upload করতে হবে না। শুধু Form fill এবং images/ info দিতে হবে, team handle করবে upload
  • ভুল তথ্য দিলে approval delay হবে
