Welcome to Choice. This Seller Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and guidelines for sellers listing Fashion and Skincare products on our platform. By partnering with Choice, the seller agrees to comply with these policies.
Choice handles A to Z operations: product listing, marketing, customer acquisition, delivery, and payment collection. The seller’s commission is based on sales revenue and will be paid after deducting our agreed percentage.
2. Seller Registration
- Only registered businesses with a valid trade license can partner with Choice.
- Sellers must provide accurate business details including trade license, bank account, and contact information.
3. Product Listing
- Sellers provide product information, images, and prices.
- Choice handles all platform operations including uploading, marketing, and listing management.
- Products must be authentic, legal, and safe for consumer use.
4. Commission Structure
- Since Choice manages all operations, the seller’s commission is:

- Choice will handle all promotions, discounts, and logistics. Commission is paid after deducting applicable platform charges.
Note: Commission percentages are flexible and may be adjusted after discussion with the seller.
5. Order Management & Delivery
- Choice manages order processing, customer communication, and delivery.
- Sellers do not need to ship products or contact customers.
- All orders will be fulfilled by Choice, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Choice handles all returns and refunds according to category-specific policies:
- Fashion: 7-day return window
- Skincare: 5-day return window (if unopened or defective)
- Sellers’ commission will be adjusted in case of returned items.
7. Branding & Marketing
- Products will be promoted under Choice branding.
- Sellers cannot directly run marketing campaigns; all campaigns are managed by Choice.
- All promotions, discounts, and advertisements are handled by Choice to maximize sales.
8. Seller Responsibilities
- Provide authentic products.
- Ensure trade license and legal compliance.
- Respond to Choice queries promptly.
9. Policy Violations & Penalties
- Selling counterfeit or illegal products, or providing false information, may result in:
- Termination of partnership
- Deduction of commission or penalties
- Repeated violations will lead to permanent removal from Choice platform.
10. Payment & Payout
- Commission payout is monthly, after deducting platform fees and returns.
- Payments are made directly to the seller’s registered bank account.
11. Updates to Policy
- Choice reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
- Sellers will be notified of updates via email or dashboard notifications.
